With over 35 years of experience, Gavin Heyns is a seasoned executive whose career is a testament to the power of adaptability and leadership across industries. Before joining Altron FinTech, Gavin navigated the diverse worlds of vehicle manufacturing in South Africa and Botswana, later transitioning into the fast-paced arenas of information technology and fintech, where he has spent the last 16 years shaping business success.

Throughout her three decades at the company, Candice has worn many hats, from overseeing operations and technical teams to leading sales and customer support departments. Her broad skill set spans business planning, sales, CRM, marketing, branding, and communications, making her a versatile leader and an invaluable asset to the management team.

Currently heading up the marketing team at Altron FinTech, Candice drives the launch of new products and services, leads the charge in creating innovative and creative brand and marketing strategies that have helped propell Altron FinTech as a leader in the FinTech space. She is a key force in shaping the brand’s identity and enhancing the customer experience. Bongani’s passion for technology took root during his time at Virgin Mobile, a vibrant startup where he thrived as Financial Manager. It was there that he discovered the power of technology in streamlining payments and collections, gaining firsthand experience in the competitive and fast-paced telecoms industry. This passion now fuels his work at Altron FinTech, a leader in payments, collections, credit management software, and financial issuance solutions. His leadership journey has spanned key roles at industry giants such as SureSwipe, DrawCard, VeriFone, and Gemalto, where he honed his skills in navigating both the SMME and large enterprise segments.

Since joining Altron FinTech in 2016, Ryan has brought a unparalled passion for growth and innovation to the company’s new business acquisition strategy. Under his leadership, Altron FinTech's sales teams have flourished, expanding their reach across all nine provinces of South Africa. Ryan's approach is rooted in a deep understanding of the market, enabling his teams to not only sell but solve real-world problems by simplifying the complexities of FinTech.
